Habichuelas con Dulce is a dessert that’s traditionally enjoyed during the Easter Holiday. It’s a very labor intensive recipe and requires a lot of patience and love. This year I had to make it BY MYSELF for the first time ever due to COVID 19. I made sure to facetime my mom, Jenies and sister in law to watch and virtually cheer me on. All in all it was a great time and it really made me miss my family. Grateful to have access to technology so that I can connect with family near and wide.
Not sure if I’ll make a recipe for this one yet since I’m not a pro at it yet, but maybe I’ll include a loose guide of what I did to help you all out if you ever want to make it.
