I, like many of you, have been doing a lot of cooking during this quarantine, paired with a lot of blogging and planning for the rest of the year cooking is something that’s bringing me joy and a sense of purpose while I try to navigate the emotions of the pandemic. I am trying to keep track of the things I’m cooking but sometimes I forget.

I finally made the Focaccia everyone has been talking about out!
Made Buffalo Chicken Lasagna for the first time ever.
Combined two of my faves to make this delicious lasagna.
Used Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix to make Chocolate Banana Walnut Cake.
Went on IG LIVE to make a Chicken Parm and submitted it to The Plate Photo Challenge
Replicated a dish I had in Toronto, Brandade. This is the bees knees. If you’ve never had it I recommend you make it ASAP rocky style.
